What is the total supply of ZEKE tokens?

When is the Token Generation Event and when are the sale periods?
The Profila ZEKE token creation took place on the 21st of November 2021. However ZEKE was been re-minted on 6 March 2022 to include 6 decimals. The original ZEKE will be destroyed before the Public Sale of ZEKE. The Public Sale of ZEKE is considered the token generation event for the purposes of cliff and vesting.
How long will it take for the total supply to be distributed?

What is the User Incentive Pool (or Ecosystems Rewards) and who will receive the tokens from that allocation?
Of the 500.000.000 ZEKE created, 30% of the total ZEKE supply or 150.000.000 ZEKE will be allocated to an incentive pool called the “User Incentive Pool” (or Ecosystem Rewards), which we will administer to incentivise use of the Platform.
Will I be able to trade my ZEKE tokens and if so where?
As a Cardano native token, trading will be available on any of the Decentralised Exchanges. Secondary trading of ZEKE might be facilitated by third party exchanges (centralised), or decentralised exchanges might allow for the swapping of ZEKE to ADA. We will provide you with more information on this topic at the appropriate time.
What is the legal entity that is issuing the Zero Knowledge Token (ZEKE)?
PROFILA GMBH, a private limited liability company organised and existing under the laws of Switzerland, with registered office at Seeburgstrasse 45, 6006 Lucerne, Switzerland, founded on 17 August 2015 and registered with commercial register of the Canton of Lucerne under number CHE 498.045.399.
When can I buy ZEKE tokens?
The ZEKE Sale started on 29 November 2021 (start pre-seed round) and consists of 4 separate rounds, namely a pre-seed, seed, private and public round. The pre-seed round closed on 15 June 2022. The seed and private round are currently taking place and will end in June 2024. The end of the public round is foreseen in Summer 2024 (the “Sale Period”).
Can I participate in the Seed or Private Sale?
Yes, you can share your contact details and intent to participate in the seed or private round, as well as the investment amount, to the address zeke@profila.com. We will get back to you in case you are eligible to participate (considering factors such as geographical restrictions and minimum investment amount).
How many ZEKE tokens are allocated to the Public Token Sale?
22% of the total supply or 110 million ZEKE will be made available during the private and public rounds.
What currency is used for payment?
Profila will accept the purchase of ZEKE in exchange for the Cardano token ADA.
What is the ZEKE token price?
The token price is set as follows, but can be subject to change: Pre-Seed Round: $0,022 - Seed Round: $0,030 - ISPO: $0,075 - LBE (Public event) - $TBD.
What if there are still ZEKE token remaining after Public Token Sale?
They will be made available to the community as part of the User Incentive Pool.
Is there a referral program for the Token Sale?
We are currently reviewing our referral program and will update it in our website once finalised.
When is the token sale starting?
It has already started. The ZEKE Sale started on 29 November 2021 (start pre-seed round) and consists of 4 separate rounds, namely a pre-seed, seed, private and public round. The pre-seed round closed on 15 June 2022. The seed and private round are currently taking place and will end in June 2024. The end of the public round is foreseen in Summer 2024 (the “Sale Period”). However, these dates are subject to change based on many elements such as market conditions, development progress, private round progress etc.
What is KYC and why do I have to complete it?
KYC (or Know Your Customer) requires that identity information about anyone participating in the token sale be collected. The information is collected by our KYC service provider Altcoinomy SA (https://www.altcoinomy.com/).
What is the start and end date for KYC registration?
The KYC registration process for seed and private round investors is open during the entire round. Participants in the public sale will be able to onboard early. We will update here the instructions on how to do so at least 2 weeks before the start of the public sale.

Can people from the United States of America participate in the token sale?
Unfortunately, due to the regulatory uncertainty that currently exists in the USA regarding cryptocurrencies and tokens, the public sale will not be open to people from the United States of America.
What countries can people participate from?
A detailed list of excluded and restricted countries can be found in article 4.3 of our token sale terms and conditions. You can consult them during the KYC onboarding process or ask us for a copy at zeke@profila.com.
